Marble Royale (will repair or replace parts), at our discretion if a product deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used within the warranty period.
Additional Limitations described herein apply. This limited warranty is valid for only the original purchaser, and becomes effective with your delivery date. An original sales receipt is required to establish purchase date and the delivery address.
Our Limited Warranty

The frame and structure is covered by a 3 year limited warranty.

Lifetime warranty against food stains.
This warranty DOES NOT cover :
-
Dents or Scratches not advised within 24 hours of delivery;

Cracks not advised on delivery;
-
Items purchased from stock clearance are not covered by any warranty;

Transportation cost;

Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage;

Variations from Floor Samples.Because of craftsmanship or use of natural materials. Normal variations can occur from piece to piece. This warranty does not cover such differences. Nor are variations from printed illustrations covered;

This limited warranty does not apply if the product is used outdoors;

Any product modification by consumer or other parties not authorised by Marble Royale will void this limited warranty;

Any item repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be covered by the Limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

Spills of acid, dyes, chemical, ink, paint, perfume or lotion;
-
Rust on steel frame, steel bolts and screws;
Our Limited Warranty
The frame and structure is covered by a 1 year limited warranty.
This warranty DOES NOT cover :

Marks, water marks or stains caused by spill ages, including wine, water, soft drink or any liquids;

Marks, cuts or scratches caused by sharp objects, misuse or neglect;

Normal wear and tear;

Items purchased from stock clearance;
-
Abrasions caused by clothing, such as dye transfer or abrasive marks;
-
Damages resulting from excessive soiling, improper or unapproved cleaning methods; Fading or other damages resulting from exposure to sunlight;

Damages resulting from household humidity, or
-
Damages resulting from any liquid, including but not limited to alcohol and water.
